Barra Botanical Candles
Hand poured soy wax tin candles. There are 6 delightful scents to choose from; Machair Scents, Hebridean Heather, Iarmailt Barraigh (Barra skies), Hebridean Shores, Highland Bluebell, Sea Haar, Spindrift and Juniper Breeze.
The Candles either come in a tin or a glass container in a presentation box.
Each tin candle measures approximately 77mm in diameter and 70mm in height. The candles in glass measure approximately 80mm in diameter and 90mm in height, the box is a cylinder and measures 85mm in diameter and 125mm in height.
Produced in small batches in Eoligarry by Barra Botanicals.
Barra Botanical Candles only uses soy wax sourced from sustainable crops. We source our fragrances from producers that use ethical practices and ensure that none are tested on animals. Since January 2022 we have used recycled paper for our labels. We encourage our patrons to recycle or reuse the containers & packaging.

Hebridean Heather – Picture yourself of standing on a hebridean hillside in late summer surrounded by blooming heather. This delightful fragrance will transport you back to our stunning islands or if you’ve yet to visit our shores this fragrance captures the essence of our flourishing heather hillsides.
Machair Scents – A delightful combination of shoreside herbs that grow in abundance on our westerly sandy soil combined with a dash of wild honeysuckle.
Highland Bluebell - Known in Scotland as ‘Harebells’ these early flowering delights tell us that Spring is on its way!
Barra Skies – A combination of floral notes & the freshness after a summer shower capture this clean fragrance.
Hebridean Shores – A cool blend of ocean breezes and machair flowers combine for a crisp scent.
Juniper Breeze – A balance of floral greens & fruity notes of the wild juniper found in abundance on our islands easterly facing hillsides.
